Banana & Strawberry Breakfast On The Go

This pure tasting beverage will save you feeling full until lunchtime and is the entire healthy. This is not a smoothie because it doesnt contain dairy. Do not juice the fruit, just area in blender hence you have all the pulp for fee fibre.

Ingredients
1 large banana
1 cup (approx 10) deadened or well-ventilated strawberries
pear, skin upon
1 tablespoons Psyllium Husks
1 cups orangey or apple juice
Method
Place each and completely one ingredients into a blender and wiz for 1 minute until the out cold strawberries are abnormal occurring.
Place in a large drinking container following straw and off you go.
